Massive Acceleration!

The problem is even bigger when some of these jerks behind the wheel are actually cyclists themselves. They would like to be respected while on the bike, but then they don’t respect other cyclists… it’s a strange thing… and happens all around the world.

Paulo

I wasn’t amused when I was pre-riding IMLP course and ATHLETES with bikes their cars cut me off, threw their car at me, or didn’t give me enough space if any during the kene downhill…

I know what you are saying. I actually slowed down to wish the cyclists a good ride and talked for a really short time (round 200 meters, maybe less). In that time the traffic light behind where I turned onto the road turned green and a big pulse of traffic caught up behind me. Once I realized that, I figured I should stop talking to the cyclists and move on…thus the massive acceleration. It’s not the end of the world. A few motorists got held up for a really short period of their lives going at 35 kph instead of the posted 60 kph limit. In any case, 13 years after Fleck posted it is pretty well the same.

You have seen these posts I’m sure Steve:
