Bottom line is although I would like to go once a week I can’t afford it…I am basically working towards IMC in late August and my question is should I be doing a massage during a recovery week or during a high volume week - which would be more beneficial…

I have a massage (just a massage) every other week. That is my cost comprimise.
I like to go to the local massage school. Usually $30 and they do not accept tips. Very reasonable and I hae only had one bad massage and it was a small girl that was just not strong enough to get too deep. Geez that sounded awful!?!?
