I am going to be out interviewing over the next few days is anyone from either:
A.) Marion, Ohio
OR
B.) Coatesville, PA?
Want to find out more about the areas, any tri scene or just general advice.

i grew up about 15 min from marion.
where you are interviewing there?
there is a HUGE race scene in ohio (i think last year 140 some multisport races in the state), from marion you can be to anywhere in the state within 3 hours, or just under for a lot of it. races run from the end of march through nov, with running and cycling outside of that almost year round.
There will certainly be WAY more tris, etc. near Marian than Coatesville as newbz mentioned. But, both places are pretty much out in no where, with Coatesville a lot closer to “civilization” than Marion though. Not sure of your age, kids, etc. but that would/should have more to do with your choice than the tri scene in places like these. Having said that, I would think the cost of living would be WAY less in Marion (unless you buy president Harding’s old home there) than in Coatesville.
