Marijuana's Surprising Effects On Athletic Performance

I’d like to heartily encourage all M45-49 athletes to give weed a go this year. Particluarly if you’re doing IMAZ in the fall. Smoke it too, by the bushel. ** Brownies are for pansies.**
Ed: Spelling. I’m not baked, either.
But brownies will make them fat, thus slower.
Perhaps encourage brownies as pre, during, and post training / racing nutrition.

Not if they’re training a lot, since brownies will then just be another good source of carbs for recovery:)
