March 25th: All you 100/100 guys taking a day off

you can post about: seat too high short cranks, long cranks, rotorcranks, what turns your crank whether Crowie shaved off his Newton lugs or not Finman, bring him back, ban him, out him or photoshop him Larsen’s bento box with 6 hours per week of training and still beats Reid and DeBoom the colour of the curtains in Rider “X’s” "critique my position thread bring back the hottie thread the upcoming Cervelo P5 How powercranks lifted your FTP by 40% in three weeks Whether Herbert won the 100/100 bald German Category or not
Aside from that, enjoy the day off and don’t run on March 25th or you might end up stringing this year’s 100/100 into next year’s (it has already been done by Reparto Corse who has run 480 days in a row at least 4 miles or 30 minutes whichever is longer…)

Hey it’s my support group thread! You’re so sweet.

You forgot to add “swimming” on the list of things to talk about. For shame.

Hey…I’m a swimming machine now that I can’t run…I even have my vasa trainer set up for days that I can’t get to the pool (counts as specific strength work…not swimming).

Ha, so I actually did need to run today. I am racing Sunday which means I need Friday off and there’s a snowball’s chance in hell I’ll take TWO days off in a week. 20 x 400 alternating 6:35 pace and 7:30 pace (roughly 5k pace and marathon pace), “golden workout” Judson says. I loved it.

I’ll check in Friday to let you know I survived that day off.

Tried to swim after but only made it 2200 yds, I was hypoglycemic.

Yes if you are VASA-ing you really are a swimming “machine.”
