Im training for my first 70.3 and was deciding betwen Gale Bernhard 26 week plan and Fink 70.3 plan.
I like the idea of using a longer plan, but what is the best way to make the shorter planinto a longer plan.
Do I just repeat each week or will that give me too much volume the weeks before the actual race.

Make your own to build fitness by consistently biking running and swimming for the first 13 weeks, then start the plan with a larger base than you would have had. Most of these plans are specific to your target page rather than just building fitness in lot training schemes they would be “build periods” following 3 or 4 months of building a base. .
