anyone else on ST doing the lums pond tri/du this weekend? i know timberman is on and all that, but … i’m just taking one for the team (T3, Philadelphia). my first sprint tri, and i’m petrified. i specialize in long, hard, hilly races. this is flat, short and fast. who’s going to be handing me my derriere?
