What is the best way to do LT testing on a comutrainer? Is there a preferred course or test course. Any help would be appreciated.
You probably just want to use it in stand alone mode and go off of wattages. Are you going to be using a blood lactate monitor or just go by breathing/heartrate, etc? Obviously the blood lactate is more accurate.
After a warm-up you can generally start with a relatively easy wattage (100 or so) and increase 20-40 every few minutes.
There is a lot of data out there and some on this forum about these types of testing.
