Low T success stories

Increasing testosterone 40% in just 4 weeks with weight lifting - https://www.anabolicmen.com/...esting-testosterone/

Why work for 4 weeks when you can just take a pill and have all kinds of stupid side effects like right now?

I’d take that “study” from “anabolicmen.com” with a grain of BASE Electrolyte Salt ™.

From what I’ve read there seems to be no strong consensus that weight lifting results in significant, persistent increase in T levels. The acute increase immediately after exercise is well documented, but I don’t see any strong indication that that would change baseline (persistent) T levels.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2796409 ("Basal levels of T decreased in both groups, but were not significant. The T response to an acute bout of exercise was not significant but did increase in both age groups. ")

Weight lifters have been shown to have higher T levels than endurance athletes as a population. But that could just be selection bias (guys with high natural T are likely to be good at weight-lifting and choose it over marathon running), and endurance sports decreasing T levels, which is also pretty well documented.
