Low Bike HR - cant reach Anaerobic Threshold

I am in my last Build week leading up to IM Germany. Been training pretty good, last 10 days look like this:

6th: 2h 45min bike + 1h5min run
7th: 35km run Aet - 10. 2h 48min
**8th:**2000m morning swim + 45min afternoon run (6-5-4-3-2-1min intervals with 1min rest. Aet up LT+5)
**9th:**Bike 3h 30min + 30min run
10th: 2000m morning svim
11th: Long bike 145km. 4h 40min
12th: Sprint Triathlon.0,3-8-2km. 2nd place
13th: 45min easy spin
14th: 35km run Aet - 10. 2h 41min
15th: 2000m morning swim + 45min afternoon run (6-5-4-3-2-1min intervals with 1min rest. Aet up LT+5)

16th: 3h bike with 6x10min LT intervals

Today on my 6x10min intervall i could not get my hart rate up. Intervall was flat, with race set up (disc and everything). I struggled hitting 40km/h, and hart rate did not get higher than 150. My LT is 162.

Can someone please tell my why, and what i should do. Keep going or back off? Plan is 2 days easy and Olympic diastance on sunday (Swedish Champs against Bjorling and Coltinghttp://www.coachgordo.com/forum2/upload/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif )

PS! Ironman pb: 9.35.03 (austria 03) hoping to qaulify and do sub 9.20 in Frankfurt

Ever heard of tapering? It sounds like you are overtrained so why not take a break. You are not going to get any fitter before your race this weekend.

Well, my focus is on IM Germany, not the Swedish Champs…but will racing on sunday interfere my IM Germany prep??

I mean, Bjorling has focus on Roth, which is one week earlier than Frankfurt…
