… is awesome. I went there to buy a tri-bike and was amazed at the level of service provided there. It wasnt just that i dropped almost 3000, ive spent more on bikes and was pretty much shoved out the door after half an hour. Ive also been pretty much ignored as i looked at the bikes (some tri-shops had everyone out back, with no one to cater to customers). Here, i walked in, got help immediately, he showed me the bikes in my range for what i was looking at, i tried em out, then once i found the bike i wanted, he spent about an hour fitting me to the bike, and hooking it up with all the accessories i needed, getting the bike perfect. I couldnt have imagined a better experience, unless they gave out bikes for free. I live aout 3.5 hours away, and im happy i made the drive. another thing that many dont do, he refused to let me buy a bike that needed to be really streched or really shortened to fit just cuz he had it in the shop, it was either they had it in stock in my size, or order it, no selling a bike that didnt fit.
You can’t tell a story like that and not tell us what kind of bike you bought and what accessories you got to complement your new ride. Fitting and service, yeah that’s important. But the good stuff is naming your steed.
Telling us that you dropped $3K on a bike and leaving out what it was, wheels, etc., is flirting with a-hole of the week status.

Lous’ is in Seminole not St Pete…
yea, Lou is a good guy. he’s probably the best tri option for bikes in central FL because of his years in the sport. he’s also at all the local races as a sponsor so it shows his commitment.
I agree wholeheartedly on this one. Lou Desio is a gentleman and he knows his shit. I have purchased two bikes from him, spent over $5000 on both bikes along with accessories. FYI, bought two softrides from him. Second Softride was purchased out of state and he was extremely accessible and very customer service oriented. Lou and his crew are at a lot of the races in Florida (Clermont). They support the tri community and are extremely professional. Lou is a very big smart ass and I love it. That is why i always make it a point to see him while down in Seminole.
