Louis Garneau Tri Air Compo or Shimano TR-50

I tried on both shoes, they both felt great - THE Tri Air’s felt a little better, not as narrow on my foot, but both seem fine. Price is $90 versus $120, so not that big of a deal…I like the look of the Air’s better, but the reputation of the TR-50’s is geat and haven’t seen much regarding the Tri Airs.

Anyone have any input on 1 vs the other?

I’ve been on the LG’s for a couple of years. I love them. No problems whatsoever. Don’t know if they still make them with two different insoles (winter and summer), but that was a nice feature. I’ll probably get a set of the Tri Airs this year, as mine are starting to wear out.

Never tired the Shimano. I have a wide foot and don’t like arch support, so the LG fit me right.

Thanks for the reply…I have a wide foot as well - so the Shimano’s felt a little too narrow and the LG’s felt almost too good. I just hope they aren’t too big.
