Can anyone direct me to a pool in Roseville, Granite Bay or Sacramento CA that has open lap swimming in evenings or am.

I know its not in the areas mentioned, but i heard that there is an awesome facility in folsom. I have never swam there, but have only heard good things about it. Also, theres a pool in Sacramento that just had a lot of work done to it, the name is on the tip of my frontal lobe, i’ll try to find it for you (something like Pernal, its in the South area).

plus, theres always the YMCA downtown which has a large lap pool.

I joined a gym to swim. Worked out great, I could lift weights in the off season then too.
