Howdy
I recently purchased a new steed and I was looking for some advice on my position as it’ll be a bit until a proper bike fit is in the budget.
Any kind of feedback is appreciated - just looking to make sure I’m not way off here.
Thanks!

Can you feel your gluteus and quads working? No hamstrings and no lower back.
You should be using/feeling your big muscles.
How is your neck and shoulder after 1h, 2h, 3h (more?) in that position? If okay, you should be good.
Start by raising your saddle

I’m definitely feeling the big muscles but low back gets a little sore on longer rides too. Anything over 2 and my neck will be a bit sore.
Raise saddle 5mm to start.
More pad reach and come up1 cm to start.
Put your helmet on and shoot another video at a better angle.

Also I feel like there should be a rule: put on a jersey (pref. skin/tri suit) and clean up your room before posting videos.
I’ll get the seat raised up, thanks for the suggestion guys. Sorry about the shirt situation, I’m a little embarrassed now.

I do not care about those ^ but I would worry about the carpet being spoiled.

My thoughts too - saddle up maybe 10mm, pads forward 10 or 20mm
No shirt is better than a baggy shirt.

I second that. Seat up 10mm, pads forward 20mm.
