For pedals try ProBikeKit, they do have a selection of shoes but I’ve never compared the prices.

A couple of weeks ago I got a set of new Ultegra 6610s (what I have on my other bike) off of ebay for $70, and a pair of Shimano SH-TR50s from Citysports.com for $100. Both combined for less than the MSRP for the shoes, but I think there is a very limited number of sizes available now.

I’ve had the nashbar special pedals ($25) for over two years. I can’t complain. They use the look delta cleats. The cleats they come with are a knockoff brand but they last quite a while. I suggest switching to the real look cleats after your first set wears out. The are only 6 grams heavier per pair than the look keo classics.

For pedals, post a wanted ad in the classifieds on this forum and on the Serotta forum. Someone out there will have a nice condition used set for you.
