Tinley had a column a number of years ago (at least 8-10) in which he referred to something every triathlete needs: rocket fuel. As I recall, he concluded the piece by saying something like if all else that he advised failed, let him know, and he send over the rocket fuel.
Not much to go on, but thought I’d ask.
So - anyone remember this and happen to have a copy?
If it was in a Tinley talks I could find it. I have just about every back issue to 1986. Might take some hunting though…you in a hurry?
