Look at the Markallenonline thread. I asking if anybody had used it and I got a good response for it. His plans are $17/wk maintenace, and $27/wk for peak performance. This will keep you around $100/month. I was in the same boat that you are in looking for a coach around that price and MAO seems to be a good option.

Steve Chater is a coach that may fit your requirements. He’s based in Victoria and has experience coaching for over ten years. He’s been Head Coach at Uvic in the past, currently handles most of Team X and has a growing list of privately coached individuals. He’s not so much focussed on the business of coaching, as on the relationship with his athletes. PM me and I’ll give you contact info if you’d like. Or you can check out Team X and get some coaching through that avenue… I know their always open to new members and are looking to increase numbers.

Try Scott at FastForwards Sports here in Boulder.
He is well-known for his group tri and run training with over 1000 athletes – not all at once, and with lots of assistant coaches – but he also has Personal Goal Coaching, which is what you would be looking for. His rates are very reasonable (starting at $65/month).
Scott wrote me a plan I call “5 weeks to a sub-5 hour 70.3” that worked wonders for me at the 2006 5430 Long Course. I plan on using it for the 07 Wildflower long course as well. Which means I still have a few months to procrastinate real training, and instead spend my time on this forum.
Ian Maclean out of ontario is an amazing coach. I saw great results last year, and friends that i know who are working with him saw some amazing results. i think he’s around 80/month CDN right now…

try azcoaching.com, DeeAnn has a basic program for $75 I think, including coached workouts and an online software. Not sure what interaction that includes if you’re out of the area.
Wenzel Coaching does Ironman programs for $119 per month with virtually unlimited coach contact (I’m the coach and I don’t count minutes)…
