Looking for a Coach (3)

I’m a self coached athlete and think I’ve taken my 4 past Ironman training years, (and 5 past IM races) as far as they will go by myself, 10:32 PB. I am currently looking for a Coach to work with that can improve my time and effectiveness training. Looking for direction or experience from other athletes out there that have had or currently have great improvements with their coach and contact names to possibly work with.
Thanks in advance.

Hi - I have used Jeff Cuddeback for the past 3.5 years. I am MUCH faster than I was before I started working with him. I did my first IM last year, had the run of my life and qualified for Kona. My situation is not unique - I think he has 17 athletes going to Kona this year, several of whom had raced IM before and improved dramaticaaly under his tutlage. He is lots of fun also :). His website is www.jeffcuddeback.com

i am using eric doehrman with ironguides and have improved dramatically from past tris. i even made the podium in my first race after starting with him! The Method ironguides uses is great, but eric is also key in the attention he gives to all of his athletes. money well spent when you want to meet your maximum potential. contact him @ eric.doehrman@ironguides.net
