Longest time on rollers

Curious to here from others on the amount of time you spend training on rollers.
I typically will spend about 2 hrs at a time in aero on the rollers prepping for a 70.3.
I wanted to compare to what others do ?
I also plan on doing the majority of my training for a 140.6 in the same manner as well.
So what do y’all do and what is the longest amount of time spent ?
Thanks

Not on rollers … but on my trainer … 3.5 hours in the winter. It’s too nice out in the summer to even think about my trainer though

I don’t spend more than 30 mins on them at a time. Sucks the joy out of everything.

I do know an ex national road champ, though, who did 4-5 hr rides on his rollers this winter (and apparently in years past). That’s just sick.

I agree completely about the joy of being outdoors.
I’ve been nervous lately due to a couple near accidents , being cut off by two different landscape trailers. I want to play it safe for a while us know ? I have been killing the run outdoors to make up for the lack of sun and stimuli though.

6hrs…did all but 2 rides in them for an IM.

You are some sick puppies.

About the same amount of time I can last in the saddle, more or less., and one has nothing to do with the other.

Rollers or trainer? 2 hours on rollers in aero position is a very tough thing to do!

3.5 hours last month, training for my first HIM. I actually love the trainer as the roads aren’t too great near me. They’re narrow and in kind of rough shape. It’s been great for me as I get dialed into how my training power zones feel so I can use that feel when I race

Normal was the 45 minute and 1 hour Spinervals

Going for an IM I was doing the 3 hour videos and a couple times the 5 hour Hard Core 100.

5.07 last week. iM France prep.
Have felt rubbish all week because of it

I think i’ve done 2 hours maybe once indoors. I’d rather just go out and get cold or wet. The trainer is miserable. I could barely go over an hour before trainerroad came along.

Yep. Rollers, not trainer.
30 min. Increase warm up to high gear then 1 hour on high gear then 30 back to lower gear. Intervals mixed in

After about 30 minutes I am riding across the living room! Back when I was bike racing I used to show off by riding rollers with no hands . . . I stopped doing that when I ended up on the sofa still clipped in (toe clips and straps!).
