Tuesdays, run home from work, roughly 17 miles in ~2 hours. Leaves Wednesday afternoon (which I have off) and the weekend for cycling.
Race(s): major races MD Triathlon in Bonn, Germany and IM Switzerland

I do long runs on Sunday, on tired legs from the long ride on Saturday.
Right now long run is 16 miles, long ride is 75 miles. I’m getting ready for Eagleman 1/2 IM in the middle of June. I’m in the second build phase and will be starting speedwork in a couple of weeks. I expect for my runs and rides to get a little shorter and intensity to increase soon.

my long runs are around 10-12 miles (though i did a 14 miler a few weeks ago), b/c of injury, i hope to make up for it on the bike, which i am doing around 90 miles. Im just doing a 1/2, so it should be good. i do long runs of wednesday too.
I also do my long run on Wednesdays. Long runs on tired legs leads to injury (Gordo et al)
Long runs on Thurs. - I just don’t get the idea of training on tired legs.
14-15 miles done around 4 PM so it is 85+ degrees usually with 90+% humidity.
Getting ready for a 1/2 IM on June 27
Wednesday is LSD run day.
Saturday or Sunday, long ride followed by 10k brick run.
I fill in the days in-between w/ tempo, 800’s, or recovery runs.
Also, hit a couple Spinervals during the week days. I’m convinced the Spinervals will take your intensity to a higher level.
Friday is my rest day. I do my long runs on Sat. mornings followed by a very easy swim Sat. afternoon to help recover for my long ride on Sunday.

Wednesday. 2 hours, with as many hills as I can find. Half Max in St Louis.
It just makes sense to do something long if possible in the middle of the week. if your trainig for a full or half it allows you to put in more cycling miles and keeps you more rested than cramming in 9-11 hours of training on the weekends.
right now I do long runs and rides on the weekend. the day depends upon my schedule> whichever day i have more freetime i will do long ride and other day will be long run. When I get closer to imoo I will throw in an additional med-long ride on tuesday followed by a quick transition run. Currently running 12-14 miles, riding 50-70 miles (hope to do 100 this weekend). Am racing sprint/olys in may/june, 1/2 in july(racine), oly and sprint in Aug and IMOO in Sept. A wed long run sounds good, but i just dont have time with work and family.

I do long rides on Wednesday mornings, and long runs on Friday afternoons. I’m not allowed to do long training on weekends (wife’s orders).
I’m on hiatus from long rides right now, and my long run is 13-15 miles (building to 20+ for a 50k trail run this fall).
