Last month we discussed the litespeed ad that had a Saber running over a opossum. Some did not think that it was in good taste. I thought it was great. Anyway…

My morning ride, west Texas, windy and hot. Coming down one of the few hill on my route I “realized” the commercial with my Saber by running over a 3ft. rattlesnake. I did not hit the head but split the difference. It is now a FarSide snake. Afterwards I could not help but think of that advertisement. Call bullshit if you like but there is a snake out there now with Continental Gatorskin tread on his back.

my road kill for this year till today: 1 Snake and 1 Lizard. I’d like to avoid to kill animals but it was impossible.

I thought the same thing last week when I clipped a little round tailed ground squirrel.
