What is this? Some Torture chamber?
there was one at a gym i went to for a while.
i tried it a few times because it looked interesting, but personally i didnt see it as anything that added any value past traditional / simple stretching. its just another piece of gym equipment designed to be sold at a profit.
That and like yoga it lends itself to injuries.

The fitness industry is full of nonsense. The more nonsense the better to make folks think they are special and are using the latest and greatest.
It’s for stretching if I remember correctly. Had one at my gym in college, but never saw anyone use it.
