Life with a power meter

*Hey all *
Well we go on and on about front wheels rear wheels and frame tube shape and power meters. This is about power meters
This is the tool you all need and I know you have heard that many times but most of you/I are after the “fastest wheel” instead of something that will make you go faster over all.
*I have been training with a power meter since the first of the year and racing with one since April and I can say in my opinion this is the bike part that will do you the most good! *
*After you have trained and race on with power for a little while you start to see when you can go harder and when you are over stepping it, witch is awesome data to have on your handle bars. *
*I know now that I can climb at about +/- 300 watts and on a flat TT I can hold +/- 260 watts for 40K and that’s going us as the season progresses. *
*So using the SL hub and wheels cover has done more for my racing then zedtech or dimples could ever do! *
Go get a power meter!!
Dan…

already have one and will do my first race with one in two weeks!
