Just purchased the rocket and raced in it for the first time this weekend. Anyone else have problems with the sharp edges on the helmet? Suggestions? I actually sliced my finger putting it on during the race. I ordered it online so was unable to check it out prior to purchasing. Otherwise I love the helmet.

How about running a bit of sandpaper along the edge?
Good thought…might give that a try.
I sanded the edges of mine with 200 grit (I think) and then followed up with 600 grit to smooth things out. It actually reduced the whistling sounds that I was getting when I first put on the helmet, so it definitely helps.
