When I bought my LG Rocket I passed on the visor, as several people on here had reported that the helmet tested faster without it. I recently read some posts on here suggesting just the opposite. Am I losing out on speed without the visor?
Don’t know about how fast but makes a great winter helmet and rain helmet with the face mask helps keep the cold off the face.
I have an old rocket with face mask and I train with it in the winter despite so called know it alls and correctors who give me grief for using an aero helmet in training… Hey my ears and forehead stay warmer and dryer. Plus it has plenty of room with the adjustment to wear a headband without undoing the straps.
I wish someone would come out with a full face helmet(like motocross only lighter) or an attachable face and chin shield for winter rideing.
Just have problem with baclavas and a very runny nose and spitting…Maybe with a battery powered heater…
