Lew Palmero wheels $350 obo - does that seem fishy?

I have not contacted the seller to see if the wheels are still available, the ad was listed 2/10. But my understanding is that Lew wheels were pretty damn pricey, so $350 obo seems a little low, makes me wonder what’s wrong with them.

Says he purchased them last year, I assume he purchased them used and there is no mention of how many miles on the set.

Any thoughts?

Seems really fishy.
I believe that’s the same rim Reynolds is using now.
I’ve seen single rims (one rim, no spokes, hub, ect…) go for more than that on ebay.

I didn’t know that Lew still made wheels (thought they were bought by Reynolds some time ago). Chances are, they’re older than you think, and that they’re not the same rim as Reynolds currently uses. I think that the old Lew carbon rims were super narrow (just as a point of differentiation from Reynolds’ new rims).
