No one could accuse Levi of poor bike handling skills. He can follow a wheel better than anyone else. In fact, he may even follow fifth, sixth, or seventh place all the way to the finish. If he plans to win, at some point, he must ride ahead of other riders. I’m positive that if he were to find himself in the lead, he’d be completely lost. He wouldn’t have a wheel to follow. Here’s to the best wheel sucker in the business. On a positive note, he may leave the tour without a tan. He’s always in other riders shadows.

Guys like Levi don’t win the tour, but they do make the eventual winner earn it.
It’s funny, on the dutch TV they’re always bitching about levi being a loser who will never win the tour/giro/vuelta because he can’t ride on his own. They don’t like him very much.
