I’m reading the banned from TNO thread and I am thinking, gee, they got to have all the fun. I don’t think I’ve ever been banned from anything. So, I have a great idea. Everyone on Slowtwitch that hasn’t been banned on TNO yet ought to go over there and see how fast we could all get banned. It is almost like getting a badge or something. A special membership to make one an honnary member of the Lavender Room. In true tri fashion, we could make it a contest to see who gets banned the fastest.

Anyway, Slowman is over in Boston, possibly traveling and therefore isn’t home to get the phone calls from the angry TNO moderator regarding all us misbehaving Ster’s. This is going to be so great.
Apparently being on TNO is like having been in the Nam. Afterwards, that’s all you want to talk about. What it was like to be in TNO, how you made it through TNO or got banned from TNO. It’s like a bunch of vets sitting around on the porch telling stories about how they made it through a war zone or something. Personally I’d rather people got back to the Lavendar Room business of posting pictures of hot ladies and insulting eachothers political and religious views.
What are you doing? Bragging in a backhanded way that you can get banned faster than the rest of us? Besides don’t we pride ourselves on being multitasking? Can’t we post pictures to the Hottie Thread and annoy people at the same time?
What is the mobile phone phenomena where everone gets an e-text message to show up somewhere at exactly the same time do something weird and then leave. That’s what we should do.
