Trievents sent out a message that 3X XTERRA world champ Leseley Patterson and Dr. Simon Marshall will be giving a free talk (Brain Massage) after the race this Saturday 5/10. The topic is Pulling Your Head Together. Since I’ll be there anyway, I think I’ll check it out.

She is a pretty good triathlete too on top of the Xterra thing. She was a member of the K-Swiss /Trek team for a few years.
Lesley is highly entertaining, very inspirational, and a wealth of knowledge. Plus 120% badass.
And if for some reason that’s not enough of a draw, she’s also easy on the eyes.
