Tonight we get to hear from Lance himself. A news group with an agenda is a dangerous thing. They can splash anything they want on their front page and the person in question doesn’t have the same means to respond. Here we have L’Equipe, who have a long history of hating LA using all their means to tear someone down based on suspect evidence. We have a race director who, now that Lance is retired, doesn’t have to count on him to resurrect the Tour. Now he’s suddenly siding with the L’Equipe folks.
Dan Rather allowed a personal hatred of GWB and the Bush family to rush out a juicy story based on fake documents in an effort to destroy the man. The truth came out in the end. GWB won the election and Rather was bounced from CBS. Like someone somewhere said: “Lies run sprints, the truth runs marathons”. At the end of the day the truth will come out and everyone will have to deal with whatever that is.
Ain’t life fun…same situations over and over with different actors cast in the same roles.

You know this isn’t a lie because technically, Billy claims he didn’t put his “car in the garage.”
Yes, I know that the State of Georgia took away his license to practice law for at least five years for lying to a Grand Jury, but for Bush haters, this does not put Billy Boy in the same league as GWB.
In their minds, GWB, stole the election, even though their liberal Supreme Court Justices were the ones who ruled in GWB’s favor to form the majority opinion.
Just remember, GWB lied about WMDs and Billy Boy didn’t lie, at least as for as GWB haters are concerned.
Maybe that’s part of why they continue to lose elections and by bigger and bigger margins. That isn’t making me sad.

Oh yeah, the Tour absolutely needed LA to resurrect. It was dead. Only billion people watching it Worldwide. A dead race. Thank you Mr LA for saving the Tour de France from a certain death.
