Leg exersices

I have recently gotten back to lifting weights. This is more for injury prevention. I have had nagging injuries all winter and i didnt lift then but lifted before without the injuries. The only way to fit it in is to use my apartment gyms which is limited. I do lunges, hamstring curls and standing calf raise wih no weight. The only other thing i could add is leg extensions. There is not enough weight to even think about doing squats. Would it be benifical to add leg extensions?

I would definitely add leg extensions if you are already doing leg curls. The philosophy behind using weights for injury prevention is balancing opposing muscle groups. The leg extentions work the quads, which are the opposing mucles to the hamstring muscles.
