Two options:
- do a sprint tri tomorrow to get teh “cobb-webbs” out before IMNO next weekend - 500 swim/10 mile bike/2 mile run
or
- take a 2.5 - 3 hour ride tomorrow.
Also, sprint tri would be a 4am wake up call and 2 hour drive, so no chance of getting some extra miles in tomorrow afternoon.
