Last weekend - Sprint Tri or one last semi-long ride (IMNO)

Two options:

  1. do a sprint tri tomorrow to get teh “cobb-webbs” out before IMNO next weekend - 500 swim/10 mile bike/2 mile run

or

  1. take a 2.5 - 3 hour ride tomorrow.

Also, sprint tri would be a 4am wake up call and 2 hour drive, so no chance of getting some extra miles in tomorrow afternoon.

Opinions?

brick workout instead?

I was going to say sprint till i saw the part bout drive and wake up time. Go with a brick x2
