Anyone have any experience with this helmet in particular? I figure everyone else will have the Rocket and the Meteor.
This will be for mostly TT’s, but I still think I will hop in to the occasional tri next year.

I have an LAS crono,
its tough to be accurate in assessing the lid without a tunnel, but for me it was the best value, and it fits my oversized melon.
its not terribly well vented, although if you pull the visor right down it opens two little gaps which aid cooling dramatically, I am not sure if that was intended by LAS but it works.
because of my big head the sides don’t fully cover my ears but its a massive improvement compared to my normal road helmet. A smaller head won’t have that problem ( A friend of mine tried it on and it sat much lower on him than me)
It looks cool- that counts for a lot.
I also have a large noggin and have found that it may fit people with larger heads.

It does look cool - but the retention system is a joke! They may have improved it since I last handled one (and I certainly hope they have), but at the time (~1yr ago) there was a glorified elastic cord holding the thing on your melon. Not the sort of thing I’d imagine would stay on if you hit a bump at speed, let along crashed.
