Okay enough with the harrassment. It was good seeing you the other day out there riding. Taking a day off from the bike today after a lot of miles these last couple of days. It’s the 3-day Dick Evans prep, and now that it’s done I remember once again why I dropped my kona slot:)
Made my Sunday a little brighter seeing Larry’s smiling face looking up at me. Nice article on the joys of being 50-ish. I don’t think my neighbor Island issue had a picture of him on the bike, i’ll have to go back and look.

About a year ago I was staying in Waikiki on a business trip. I went for a run along the ocean and after a turn, I saw this runner ahead of me. Since I always enjoy company I thought I would try and catch up to him. The extra effort was well worth it as this runner was no other than Larry. We finished the run together and I had the best of times.
