Large Argon 18 Mercury Time Trial / Triathlon bike For Sale

I have a Large Argon 18 Mercury for sale. The details are below but it is essentially a brand new 2006 frame with slightly used components. I am selling a new frame with used components because the original frame was damaged during shipping. While waiting for the new frame, I purchased a different bike and I am now looking to sell the Argon. Because I am not the best mechanic, I had the new bike professionally built. I had the steerer tube of the new fork cut long so there is plenty of room for adjusting the cockpit height. The new frame has never been ridden. If this post looks familiar that is because I posted this a few months back. I have reduced that asking price in hopes of finding a good home for the bike.

Here is what you get: New 2006 size LARGE Frame, fork and headset http://www.argon18bike.com/en/mercury2.htm Profile Designs Alumin X aero bars Bontrager Race XXX Lite OS stem 1 -1/8, 90mm, +/- 7 deg Selle San Marco ASPide saddle Easton aluminum 27.2 seatpost (not sure of the exact model) Ultegra 175mm crankset Bottom bracket 12-23 cassette Dura-Ace Front and rear brakes Front and rear derailleurs Bar end shifters New SRAM chain (I think the $29 one) Velomax circuit wheels with new Michelin Krylon carbon 700x20c tires
I think that covers it. I am asking $1900 which does not include packing and shipping. If you are interested, have any questions, or want pictures etc let me know. I will try and check messages here regularly but email may be the best way to contact me (kevp@mindspring.com).

Thanks,

Pics would be great.

It looks like sizing is more 57cm than 56cm right?
I will have to check sizing for sure, I’m 6’ tall with 31" inseam
Thanks

Yes, I would agree that it is closer to 57cm than 56 cm. I am also 6’ tall and have a 31-32 in inseam. I only spent a bit of time on the original frame but it seem to be the right size for me. I will work on getting some pictures to you. I’m not sure how this forum handles pictures.
