Fueling: (anyone using Larabars)
Looking for an alternative to the Hammerbar due to how expensive it is. I tried the Larabar, and it tasted just as good? They are both in raw form. Main difference was the amount of protein, which is much higher in the Hammer Bar.
I usually eat about 2 and a half bars on a 3/4 hour ride.
Larabar cost 1.20 a piece at the local grocery store and on-line
HammerBar is 2.50 a piece and only available on-line.
