Lance's TDF Stage 11 Bib Sells at Auction for?

$5,000

Pretty cool of Lance to donate his bib from TDF Stage 11 to help a fundraising effort for 5 Ottawa-area cyclists that were hit by a hit and run driver back in July.

From the TriRudy.com site where the auction was held:

“Lance Armstrong keeps his numbers from each stage, usually tucking them into his “race bible,” a book of maps and directions distributed to all Tour de France competitors. The numbers have adhesive on the back and Mr. Armstrong usually sticks them onto the page corresponding to the leg he has just raced. This bib is from Stage 11 which took place on Wednesday, July 15th, 2009. The distance of this particular stage was 192km from Vatan to Saint-Fargeau.” http://www.sportsbiz.bz/trirudy/auction/index.htm

Dude, I thought you were talking about bib shorts as in bibs. No way my boys are going where his was. Actually that is petty cool. 5K is a little rough , but whatevers., some people got more dollars than sense.

Its not about more dollars than sense. Lance donated the jersey to raise funds for 5 Ottawa area cyclists that were hit by a driver last month…the

Lance the a-hole, mammas boy, prick, no personality, and overall mean person strikes again!
