What is this jersey that Lance is wearing at the Dauphine Libere?

It looks sort-of retro, and is different from his teammates regular Postal jerseys.

The leaders jersey of the Critérium du Dauphiné Libéré is blue and as last year’s winner he could start in the jersey (same as the tour). If you look at the later stage pictures (1 and 2) you will notice him back into the postie colours.
Not true. The current leader’s jersey is yellow, as shown off by Iban Mayo. The photo in question is from stage one, where Mayo already had the lead.
Likely it is the mountain or points jersey. Mayo was 1st in all the competitions and so the other two jerseys rolled down to David Millar and Lance who were 2nd and 3rd in the competitions after the prologue.
That was the King of the Mountains jersey for the Libere… He secured it somehow in the prolouge TT.
Of course he’s in YELLOW now!
