or, does he curse the medical industry, claiming that he knows all about the research and KNOWS that serious phychosis conditions can be cured with a staight forward routine of vitamin therapy?

I saw that one with Tom, where do they get these nutty people in the crowd from ? Everytime he said something they went crazy like he was the messiah. He needs to distribute vitamins to the crowd, or is that typical of the american public ?
