Lance and his pacers

This is information comes from my local newspaper Lance will have pacers for almost the entire Marathon.

First 10 miles - Albert Salazar (Last american to win NYC Marathon in 1982)
Next 10 miles - Joan Benoit Samuelsson (First women win Olympic Marathon in LA 1982)
Next 6 miles - Hicham El Guerrouj (Greatest 1500m runner of all-time)
Last mile or so - By himself.

This looks like the tour de France when all his team mates make the work and he pulls the last effort to win the stage.

Also, for those making prediction his suppose to run at first 7min/mi…and yes is very aware of Laurent Jalabert marathon time of 2:55:39… My first guess time was first 2:43:57 but after reading this article, I think we will just get inside the 2:50 barrier that’s all with pacers around him I really doubt that he’s going to make any stupid move.
