I initially dismissed this thread because I’m tired of people making stuff up about Lance and Ironman, but when his own personal photographer says, “he’s comin’ around and saying he’s gonna do it. Maybe 2010,” I’m a bit more inclined to believe it.
And if you ask me, it’d be a logical extension of his campaign for cancer awareness. It’d be huge!
Liz is awesome - great photographer, but even more so, an awesome person. She knows Lance extremely well, so I would believe that she has been chewing on his ear about IM at some point, but ultimately we all know it’s LA’s decision and if it fits in his game plan.
I wouldn’t be surprised either way to be honest. As she said, if he does compete in Kona, the island had better be ready, because it will be a zoo.
