First off I did call Kurt’s and the very rude lady that answered the phone said you have to hold the wheel and turn the bolt clockwise (left hand threads) and immeadilty hung up the phone. I have not found a good way to hold the wheel tight enough and turn the wrench at the same time. Any ideas?
I would call back and hope to get someone else, and if not ask to speak to someone else and let them know how this lady is acting. I think I’ve called twice and both times the person I spoke to was extremely courteous. I got the gist that like Desoto, this company really puts an emphasis on customer service. You may also want to drop them an email from the contact us area of their site.
