I am 6’ inseam 33"
trying to decide between size L and XL. I ride Cervelo P3C 56cm. (I would be better fit on the 54 though)
Tell me how tall you are and what Kebel you ride.
Any comments on the frame are much welcomed. Like it? Why or why not?
Have you plugged your measurements into the Kuota website? They have a fit calculator.
What size did they recommend?

I am no expert, hopefully Dan or some other expert will chime in. I just discovered the calculator last night. 
My guess is that you’re closer to the Large than the XL but it’s really hard to know without seeing you in person and putting you on a fit bike. Do you have a road bike currently that you can measure the length of the top tube? That would give you a good starting point.
I know that the calculator doesn’t always work out the best. We had someone come into the store who was 6’ tall with a 31" inseam and told us that the calculator put them on a XXL Kebel or Kharma frame.
My suggestion would be to use the calculator as a rough guide and try to get a fit or some measurements done to finalize the size.
I ride Specialized Allez Sport size 58 where :
Top Tube Actual 560
Top Tube Horizontal 582
The calculator on Kuota got me top tube as 603mm. But still Size L
If you guys know where I can get the best deal on the frame that would be helpful also. All3sports run it at $1799 and I did not find it any cheaper so far.

Pricing for the Kebel should be the same from all dealers. We charge $1800 for the frameset. There will probably be differences in prices if you look at complete bikes as different dealers put together different component packages.
As for size how far in front of the bottom bracket are your handlebars located? Take that measurement and see what length stem you would need on either size Kebel to help make the decision. This assumes that you’re happy with your current fit. Hope that helps.
