Kudos to Renn Customer Service

I just wanted to give some more recognition to Renn for great customer service! I went to switch a cassette on my 575 for an upcoming race, and the new cassette did not fit on the carrier properly. I called up Renn, and spoke immediately to a person (sadly, nowadays, this, in and of itself, is impressive). In less than one minute- the agent (maybe Frank?)- had diagnosed my problem, knew how to fix it, and was sending me the needed part, express mail, gratis! Great product, great price, and great support to back it up! Thanks!

I second this…Frank Renhalt and all at RENN are gems. Customer service is more important than anything these days…and they have it!

Frank called me on Wednesday and said my new disk was ready and he could have it there the next day if I wanted to race on it this past weekend and sure enough, it was there waiting at the hotel front desk Thursday morning when I got back from the swim. Frank knows how to take care of his customers and that in part is why the Renn disk is the best wheel buy available. Thanks Frank.

I had a good experience with Renn, too. Their 2003 disc was out of true after only a season of races. The improved and more expensive 2004 version had just came out and was already in short supply, but they sent me a replacement right away.

Yep Renn is all that you’ve heard. I’m the guy that got a disc change from Frank in a race 2 years ago. Would the xyz rep stop in HIS race to give you a replacement?..Probably not!
