How narrow are these shoes, sizing on? if you do run in them can you compare them fit wise to anything else??

Imo they seem to be relatively normal as far as width goes and also the overall fit. Hard to compare to something specific run wise but it’s a comfortable neutral shoe that I’ve found is quite versatile.
I’ve had several pair of Ultranaturals and they are fine in the width - especially in the toe box (I’ve wide feet and a few extra spurs on the toes from a previous life as an alpine skier). These shoes are not only generous but soft enough not to trouble any width issues. The break-in period of the Ultranatural is all bout the top of the arch - they come with elastic and for the first few (~3) wearings the shoe may feel a bit tight on the top of the arch but then that softens quickly too adn they are super dreamy - comfy, never needs socks- beautiful.
For a race shoe I like these but I think the K Ona is even better - lighter, easier to slip on in T2, GREAT support. They are the finest!!!
