Then it was via half IM’s all around USA and the rest of the world had to do full IMs, then all those half IM’s got removed and there was a ton of noise (the last one standing was Hawaii 70.3 as of a few years ago).

For info, 70.3 Hawai’i is still ‘standing’: 28 KQ slots.
