I’m posting an email I received from Karlyn Pipes-Nielsen. She and her husband Eric are great- I highly recommend checking them out if you’re going to be in Kona for IM.
Aloha,
Eric and I wanted to touch base with you since the Ironman World
Championships in Kona is rapidly approaching. Yikes! Can it be that soon?
Congratulations to all of you that have qualified! Eric will be doing the
event for the first time, so make sure to say ALOHA out there. In addition,
many of you know of OTHER triathletes that are racing, or coming over to
show their support, or just to hang out in Kona.
We are here to help any and all of the above!
Below I have listed the swimming services that we offer as well as
information about a one-day swim clinic on Sun. Oct. 7th, and a two-day
intensive swim camp that will be held AFTER Ironman on Mon/Tues Oct. 15 and
16th.
Pease send this out to ANYONE that might benefit from our expert coaching.
As you know, word of mouth is the best advertisement so if you could spread
the word, that would be awesome!
We are also available ANY time of the year, so keep us in mind when you are
planning your next trip to the islands. Go to www.aquaticedge.org for great
articles on swimming (by me), our BIOS and more information about what we
do.
