Kona on course nutrition

Could any of you experienced Kona people please advise me…

What nutrition besides Gatorade is provided in Kona ?

And are the water bottles screw top (the usual ones).

I just got an answer from this very question I posed to them for this coming year. To wit:

Products provided at the aid stations for the 2005 Ironman Triathlon have not been finalized yet. As the race draws closer, we will post the 2005 Athlete Information Guide on the website www.IronmanLive.com and will include the products you will be provided with on race day. PowerBars were provided on the race course in 2004 as was Gatorade Endurance and Gu. At this time I do not know if PowerBar is only the “bar” sponsor or they will also be the “gel” provider or if that will still be GU.
