I just got this over the weekend from an Austrian station (I believe). It’s 70 minutes of pro coverage and interviews. Unfortunately it’s in German and I don’t speak German but the video is pretty good. I cut up the portion which has garnered the most conversation here for your Monday afternoon entertainment.

I have read here on Slowtwitch, more than once, that Macca is a notorius drafter. With all the television cameras and support vehicles around I wonder how anyone in the front of the pack could get away with it all.

Were the riders getting a benefit? I suppose that’s the real debate…but within the current framework of the rules as they are written—no penalty-worthy activity going on that I could see.
I assume we are talking about the few seconds at the end, the rest just shows a lone rider. That pack looked legal to me.
