You can’t. At least not until they perfect it from stem cells.
That’s kind of a nonspecific diagnosis. Where are your lesions? How big? What grade? What is the rest of the joint like–alignment, ligaments, meniscii, etc.
It’s definitely something you should get more than one opinion on…certain amounts and types of damage you can run on, some of it can be surgically treated, etc.
Needless to say, it’s not a simple question/answer.
